As the weather is so lovely, we have decided to have a couple of impromptu days away in our little motorhome. The photo below sums up the feeling: home from home and the sea.
We are staying at a campsite on the Gower peninsula at a very pretty site which has won awards for it's floral displays. How innovative to plant up old wellies and shoes with flowers! I might even try this at home, less to go in landfill!
I also just wanted to remind you, dear readers, that entries for the Giveaway end at midnight on Friday when, fear not, I will be home to draw a winner. Many thanks to the lovely people who have entered so far. There WILL be a winner!
Thanks for popping in x
Hope you enjoy your break x
ReplyDeleteThank you, it was lovely x
DeleteJust found your blog and really enjoyed reading through. We share an interest in card making and paper crafts. Your cards are lovely by the way. sadly we don't have a motor home in common. We do love camping although our backs are less happy with camp beds as we get older. Enjoy your break.
ReplyDeleteHello & welcome! Another crafter, how lovely! I hope you find cardmaking as absorbing as I do. Somehow I begin in the morning and suddenly 3 hours have passed and no housework done ;-) We only bought our motorhome last year but love it. As you say, backs are less happy with camp beds the older you get. We have 2 Duvalay sleeping bags with memory foam mattresses in and I can honestly say they are brilliant.
